Ordering & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each print is made to order and produced by our UK print partner. Production takes 2–3 working days, and delivery takes a further 1–3 working days after dispatch. You should receive your order within 3–6 working days from the date you place it. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses. There are no minimum order requirements.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment — we currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand to international delivery in the future.

How will my print be packaged?

Your print will be carefully rolled or flat-packed in protective packaging designed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please don't be alarmed if the outer packaging looks a little well-travelled — the print inside is fully protected.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a dispatch notification within 4 working days of ordering, please get in touch at help@posterskunk.com.


The Prints

What sizes are available?

All prints are available in two sizes:

  • A3 — 29.7 × 42 cm (approximately 11.7 × 16.5 inches)
  • A2 — 42 × 59.4 cm (approximately 16.5 × 23.4 inches)

Both sizes fit standard frames widely available on the high street and online — IKEA, M&S, Next, and most other retailers stock frames in A3 and A2.

What paper are the prints produced on?

All prints are produced on classic matte art paper (170gsm). The matte finish means no glare or reflections, and colours appear rich and consistent whether viewed in natural or artificial light. At 170gsm it's a solid, quality paper — lighter than heavier art papers but perfectly suited to the bold graphic style of our prints. It's also the most widely used paper in the Gelato range.

Do the prints come framed?

No — all prints are sold unframed. This keeps postage costs down and lets you choose a frame that suits your own interior. Both A3 and A2 are standard sizes that are easy to find frames for on the high street.

Are the prints made to order?

Yes. Every print is produced specifically for your order by our UK print partner, Gelato. Nothing is held in stock — each one is printed fresh when you order it. This means there's no waste, and the print you receive hasn't been sitting in a box somewhere.

Will the colours look exactly like they do on screen?

Colours are printed to a high standard, but all screens display colours slightly differently, and matte paper renders colours with slightly less saturation than a glossy finish. In most cases the difference is minor, but if you have very specific colour expectations it's worth bearing this in mind.


Returns & Problems

What if my print arrives damaged or there's a problem with the quality?

We're sorry if this happens — it's rare, but we'll put it right. If your print arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, please contact us at help@posterskunk.com within 30 days of receiving it, with a photo of the damage or issue. We'll arrange either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice. You'll need to return the print to us first; we'll provide the return address when you get in touch. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Because prints are made to order, please return them in their original condition and packaging. You'll need to cover the return postage cost, and we'll refund the price of the print once we receive it back. Original delivery charges are not refundable.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 working days of placing it, please get in touch at help@posterskunk.com and we'll investigate with our print and delivery partners straight away.

How do I get in touch?

Email us at help@posterskunk.com. We aim to reply to all enquiries within one working day.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Not at the moment, though this is something we're considering for the future. If you're ordering as a gift, you can ship directly to the recipient — just enter their address at checkout.

Can I request a custom or bespoke print?

We don't currently offer a custom design service — all prints in the store are original designs created specifically for Poster Skunk. If there's a subject, breed, landmark, or book you'd love to see us add to the range, we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Drop us a line at help@posterskunk.com.

Who prints the posters?

We use Gelato, one of the world's leading print-on-demand services, with production partners across the UK. Printing locally means faster delivery, lower environmental impact, and consistent quality on every order.
